Oh baby!!

I bet after my post title you're thinking, "it's about time those two announced it, another baby is on the way!!!"

Nope.

Sorry to let you down. This is a post to show off a little blanket I made for another persons precious little nugget coming later this year. We don't know what it is yet so I picked two of my favorite colors, grey and yellow! I'm so thrilled with how it turned out. This was my first attempt at doing rounded corners AND binding on the bias, so I learned a lot from this one! It's one of those faux chenille blankets, you know, the one you're supposed to use a special cutter to make? ( special meaning expensive!!) well forget that!!

I love it and I hope baby's momma does too!!

  2. I didn't piece this one, I found the print at hobby lobby, (sewing all those lines was enough work) and I used just cotton instead of flannel. It made it the perfect weight.
