I'll be super honest. I don't think I've ever been able to run for six minutes straight. A trainer at the gym I used to go to (key words- USED TO) told me to try running 2 minutes and brisk walking 1 minute, 2 minutes running, brisk walking 1 min, etc. And THAT was still rough for me. Way to go!!!
